Late Orders:
Orders received after the cutoff time will be delivered time and product permitting.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery will be refunded the full amount, minus the delivery fee. Soggy Paws drivers will wait up to 10 minutes upon arrival. If the customer is not there during the delivery process, we will provide a refund minus the delivery fee.
Soggy Paws guarantees all of our foods. If your dog or cat does not like the food, you can send it back for a full refund. You can also return any unopened treats or toys within 30 days of purchase. Soggy Paws does not accept returns of seasonal products. We will also accept returns of defective products. You can either return a product via our delivery service or in store. To return a product in-store, please come in. Returns via the delivery service will be charged a $3 delivery fee (if we determine that a product is defective, we will refund your delivery fee). 1. I don’t see the product I want
Just shoot us an email at delivery@soggypaws.com or call us at 773-334-7663 and let us know what you need. We likely will be able to deliver what you would like.
2. My pet doesn’t like it. Can I return it?
All of our food is 100% guaranteed. That means if you aren't satisfied with it, your pet won't eat it, or any number of other reasons, we will take it back and find you something that your pet does like or simply refund the cost of the bag. We will need the bag and uneaten food to process the return. To schedule a return, please send an email to delivery@soggypaws.com.
3. My cat won’t use this litter. Can I return it?
We will take a return if you purchased it within 30 days and return the bag to us. We will issue you a store credit. To schedule a return, please send an email to delivery@soggypaws.com.
